Oversaw engineering deliverables, vendor coordination, and construction support while ensuring adherence to internal standards and industry regulations.Prepared AFE packages, cost estimates, technical specifications, and project schedules. Collaborated with cross-functional teams and external engineering firms to ensure safe, efficient, and technically compliant execution. Led Management of Change (MOC) processes and participated in HAZOP and LOPA reviews to support process safety and risk mitigation.Ensured compliance with local and international standards, including NEC, NFPA 70E, IEC 61511, and API 650/653. Utilized SAP for project tracking and procurement and AutoCAD for reviewing and redlining P & ID\'s and One Lines drawings. Served as the primary I&E liaison between engineering, operations, and contractors to support successful project delivery from design through commissioning.
