Business Analyst | ICICI Lombard (Client Project) Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)As a Business Analyst on the ICICI Lombard project, I play a key role in driving end-to-end execution of business requirements. My responsibilities span from gathering and documenting business needs to coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities :1. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.2. Prepare and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and handle Change Requests (CRs) with precision and clarity.3. Conduct cost analysis and technical feasibility assessments to evaluate solution options.4. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across internal teams and with client stakeholders to ensure transparency and project alignment.5. Drive the entire project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution and closure.This role allows me to blend business understanding with operational execution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery of impactful solutions.
