ABOUT ME 12 years Experience in Banking and Financial Services. 2 Years experience in Business Operations Processing 11 years at Natwest/RBS in Debt Management Operations specialising in Debt recovery through Legal solicitors and liasing with internal and external stakeholders to provide the best customer support for customers in Finanical difficulty. Also supported various internal admin teams with data inputting of customer cheques and responding to incoming post. Being proactive and having a good eye for errors resulted in saving the bank over £100k whilst calculating customer balances. I managed to set up a new Complaints team inbox for our compliance teams to send their queries to. As a result of this, my team managed to reduce the complaints by 70%. The SLA reduced from 6 days to 1 day. I was tasked with completing a Routers in Credit report on MS Excel. There was a high volume of Priority cases that required in depth Balance calculations. I introduced a 4 week plan to decrease the numbers efficiently. By week 4, they decreased from cases to 500 which was a 90% reduction. It was a successful plan that was implemented and achieved within a reasonable timescale. Also worked as a Financial Assistance Analyst and Complaints Analyst for Huntswood. My role involved investigating & resolving insurance complaints as well as helping customers in Financial Difficulty in the Banking Sector. Currently work in Business Operations Processing as a Back Office Analyst at Capita (Transport For London).
