Collaborated with stakeholders to design the UI/UX for the Property Owner Dashboard using Figma and Figma AI, delivering clear user flows and intuitive layouts that improved usability and increased user task-completion rates. Enhanced marketing effectiveness by creating high-impact flyers and email templates in Canva and building targeted Apollo outreach sequences, increasing contractor engagement and response rates.
