Principle relationship manager for Satyam (now Tech Mahindra) with the World Economic Forum (WEF), and other leading industry institutions in India and globally. Managed crisis communications in the aftermath of the Jan 2008 reputation shock to the company. As senior trade and investment Advisor with the Canadian government in India, guided Indian companies on expansion into Canada, and counseled Canadian companies on India market entry strategies.Helped revive the Indo-Canadian Business Chamber in Mumbai and serving as its Honorary Chairperson. Spoken at industry events hosted by leading organizations in India (CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, and the Bombay Chamber among others), and similar ones in Canada. Contributed through roles on committees and panels of subject matter experts at these organizations.
