A skilled leader with prominent level planning experience and a keen understanding when it comes to working to budgets and timelines.KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS• Establish stable Project Plan Document: ensure roadmap/requirements baseline, project priorities, change control, and driving synchronization across several development teams• Drive planning/scheduling: develop and maintain project master schedules and milestones, budgets, work plans and resource requirements• Project issues management: risk management, change control and escalation management.• Establish routine update & communication process: update status, schedule trends vs. baseline, risk management, mitigation and recovery actions. Develop program indicators to push information to internal teams and management• Motivation of project team, calling and chairing progress review meetings and design reviews• Coordination across multiple development sites which includes other sites as well as contractors• Own overall cross-functional schedules including groups (Design teams, Software(FPGA+Driver) teams, Physical Design teams, Image Quality teams, Support Team, Client teams, other business teams), and backend reporting systems• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations both inside and outside of Organization• Provide project status and reports to the management (VP, GM, etc.)TOOLS : • JIRA • Microsoft Project • Waterfall • ISO26262 • Confluence • Agile • UVM
