Being a qualified lawyer and a company secretary, Apurva has experience in transaction advisory (i.e. mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity) and general corporate advisory.Apurva has dealt with various corporate matters which include drafting various transaction documents such as term sheets, share subscription agreement, shareholders\' agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, business transfer agreement, asset purchase agreement, loan agreements, pledge agreements, sale deeds, agreements to sell and various other commercial agreements. Also, have assisted clients in negotiations with counter party and providing end to end assistance in closing the transaction. I have also been involved in General Corporate Advisory which include drafting of legal opinions, concept notes and guidance notes for Indian public as well as private sector entities and foreign client (i.e. Japan, Hong Kong, UK etc.) on various corporate law such as company law, FEMA Laws, Stamp Act, SEBI Laws etc. and conducted legal due diligences for various companies across various sectors on such laws. Also, have handled legal and secretarial compliances for such Indian and foreign clients. Also, I have an experience in appearing before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies including National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellant Tribunal (NCLAT), District Courts and High Courts.
