I am a senior automotive leader with extensive experience in engineering strategy, product direction, and global delivery models across premium OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA Essentials from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in e-Mobility from IIT Bombay, aligning my leadership focus with the future of sustainable mobility.Currently at Jaguar Land Rover, I operate at the intersection of engineering leadership, product strategy, and organisational transformation, supporting the strategic development of thermal management systems within a rapidly evolving, electrified vehicle landscape. My role involves technology roadmap alignment, portfolio prioritisation, supplier strategy, and cross-functional leadership across global teams, ensuring engineering outcomes align with business objectives, customer experience, and long-term brand strategy.Previously, I held senior leadership roles at Volkswagen India (Senior Manager – Product Development & Strategy), Lear Corporation, and Tata Technologies, where I led complex programmes spanning product strategy, platform development, global engineering delivery, and stakeholder governance.
