   Worked on the following Projects in collaboration with Houston Office. • Client: Chevron USA Project: Pre-FEED for Aphrodite Floating System Project Site: Aphrodite, Cyprus Offshore deepwater Floating Production Unit (FPU) designed for processing 700 MMscfd of Gas, stbpd of water and 2500 stbpd condensate. Scope of work is to develop an FPU topsides facility, design to export gas, with the need for minimal processing onshore and store and export condensate. Deliverables consist of • Preparation of BFD, PFD and P & ID• Equipment sizing and datasheets• Line sizing including pump and compressor hydraulics• Design of Flare and Relief system• Studies to optimize different process and utility skids• Collaboration with Piping to develop the layout and preliminary weight report• Client: ExxonMobil USA Project: Pre-FEED for Coastal Plain Polyethylene Project Project Site: Texas USA Coastal Plain Polyethylene (CP PE) project is designed to produce 900 KTA PE pellets per train.Responsibilities include • Design flare system for HP/LP & Cold Flare from relief calculations blowdown studies.• Flare hydraulics using Aspen Flare System Analyzer (AFSA)• Updation of P & ID for line sizes, MOC, including type of relief valve • Client: Shell International Exploration and Production Project: Define and Execute phase of SPARTA Offshore Floating Platform, Project Site: Gulf of Mexico, USA Designed for processing 100ksbpd Oil, 40MMscfd of Produced Gas and 10kbpd of Produced Water. Field location is at 4900 ft water depth and designed as a lightweight platform of 9072 MT. Scope consists of FEED and Detail Engineering of Topsides.
