After that and yet in Brazil, I’ve worked as a staff photographer for Agence France-Presse (AFP) based in Rio de Janeiro covering worldwide news like Elections, Rock in Rio festival, Sports, Military operations in Rio’s favelas and Indigenous Issues in the Amazon Rainforest. Since 2016 I’ve been based in Los Angeles, California working as a stringer photojournalist and videographer for Getty Images North America, AFP CNN, NBC, El Pais newspaper, Globo News Television, BBC-Brasil, Folha de São Paulo newspaper and others, producing and covering news stories like the Palisades Fire and wildfires in California, the Coronavirus Pandemic, Black Lives Matter protests, the USA-Mexico border, Crack-Cocaine issues and homeless crises in Los Angeles, and Indigenous matters in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil.
