I started out in IT, but found my niche in HR Tech. Over the years I have done both IT and HR customer service and systems support, created many scripts to automate repetitive tasks, looked for ways that a process could be done better and faster by a machine, tried to better organize data, improve my storytelling ability, and learned from amazing leaders and colleagues along the way. Completed a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and a Masters of Science in Analytics.Continuing to grow in data mining, providing data that answers the right questions, and process improvements.
