There, I specialized in product education, operational efficiencies, and driving performance at the store level. My leadership skills and business acumen led to a promotion to Store Manager, where I successfully grew and developed high-performing teams. After several years in retail management, I transitioned into franchise operations, overseeing 300+ locations across nine brands, generating over $100M in top-line sales, and authoring comprehensive operations manuals to standardize success.Currently, I serve as the Director of Franchisor Success at Rikor Insurance, where I help franchisors navigate complex insurance requirements and compliance processes. I oversee the onboarding lifecycle, manage franchisee workflows, and ensure seamless RMS integration to create an efficient experience for our clients. A significant part of my role involves educating franchisors on the \"why\" behind their coverages and compliance obligations. I develop and deliver strategic training through webinars, Learning Management System (LMS) content, and Knowledge Base System (KBS) updates, ensuring franchisors and franchisees have the resources they need to make informed decisions. My expertise in risk management and operational efficiency allows me to bridge the gap between compliance and business success, positioning franchisors for long-term stability and growth.Beyond my professional career, I am a dedicated student, actively pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership & Management with a goal of becoming a Chief Operating Officer. My role focuses on delivering strategic education, streamlining processes, and enhancing compliance efficiencies for franchisors and franchisees.I oversee the full onboarding lifecycle, managing franchisee workflows and RMS integration to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. By proactively identifying and eliminating friction points, I create a seamless experience for franchisors and their networks.Education and ongoing support are key components of my role.
