   SDLC/Applications Project; OCCP (Option Clinical Care Program); Population Health; Implementation with multiple work streams under it that are Salesforce and ACA (Affordable Care Act) related (bill backs/ insurance processing)—integrations of software and hardware. Performed the following activities: • Act as a mentor for new contractors brought on board as project managers. • Helping to train project managers on how to manage the project budget. • Minimize operational impact due to deploying new devices in the hospitals. • Partner with the business lead and vendor project manager to plan and identify risks and provide oversight and escalation to key stakeholders. • Acting as the central point of contact concerning team interdependencies • Creation of PMO deliverables – Project Charter, Stakeholder Register, Project Financials, Etc. • Provide clear and concise communication and status reporting • Support the program Leadership team in analyzing data, developing solutions, and proposing action plans • Single point of contact for business leads and vendors • Schedule calls, and meetings, manage logistics and communications • Tools used, Microsoft Office, Google apps, Smartsheet, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow • Review the project financials (planned vs actuals). Determine progress against budget, and communicate appropriately • Identify and review lessons learned and ensure they are appropriately documented and shared • Ensure all deliverables in progress and completed are stored in the project’s Google Shared drive • Examples of some of the projects I am managing: o NYBIN AMG Specialty Expansion for applications and working closely with the Infrastructure PM o WI-FOTO and Integration into the Epic with FHIR o FLPEN ASHP PHILIPS VS30 o OKTUL LOW ACTIVITY INTEGRATION WITH CERNER o PROJECTS IN ACUTE CARE o PROJECT IN PHARMACY o PROJECT IN IMAGING
