   As the Foster Adoption Clinic Program Coordinator, I work to ensure at-risk youth in our community receive equal access to trauma-informed healthcare. I also collaborate with community partners, such as the Department of Children and Family Services, local schools, nonprofits and other stakeholders to develop a network of social services and healthcare providers that ensures our most vulnerable children and families in the community are given access to all the resources they need to thrive and achieve their goals.Here are a few of my current projects and notable achievements-Facilitate administration, program management, data reporting, grant writing, and strategic partnership development, while providing direct consultation to youth aging out of foster care and their caregivers on community resources-Achieved 300% clinic growth within six months through strategic community outreach and obtained Foster Care Center of Excellence certification by ensuring compliance with 50+ healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements-Manage collaborative network of 25+ community partners including DCYF and social service organizations, drafting patient and partner-facing communications to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for vulnerable children in foster care-Lead development and implementation of new Autism Center of Excellence program in partnership with the pediatrics department, managing program logistics, drafting clinical workflows, and creating parent educational materials for autism diagnosis processes-Design and implement evidence-based healthcare systems and trauma-informed care protocols, organize multi-organizational conferences and events, and oversee procurement of specialized sensory equipment to optimize care delivery for vulnerable populations.
