I build professional services organizations that scale. Not just the delivery part, but the whole thing: the methodology, the talent pipeline, the commercial motion, the operational infrastructure, and the cultural standards that hold it together when the organization grows faster than the playbook.Over the past 20 years I have done this at every level. As an individual contributor learning the craft. As a team leader building the frameworks my peers were using to deliver. As a Director owning P&L, integrating acquisitions, turning around margins, and developing the talent and subcontracting networks that gave our delivery org room to grow. As an AVP owning $120M in annual bookings and sitting at the table where long-term strategy gets made.I have run global teams across time zones and cultures. I have integrated acquired companies into delivery organizations without losing the people or the quality. I have improved margins by 30%, grown revenue by $11M in a single year, and built methodologies from scratch at three different organizations that outlasted my time in the role. I have co-sold and responded to SOWs alongside sales teams, sponsored strategic accounts at the C-suite level, and served as the executive that clients call when something is not working.Right now I am focused on AI enablement and practice development, helping enterprise software development organizations adopt AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q Developer in ways that actually stick. I built Atmosera\'s Change Management practice from the ground up and am leading enterprise engagements for Microsoft and GitHub customers. It is some of the most interesting work I have done because it sits at the intersection of organizational change, technical adoption, and delivery excellence, which is where I have always lived anyway.I am most valuable in organizations that are building or rebuilding their services function.
