With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am a dedicated consultant and educator who helps organizations and individuals achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their communities. I am the owner of VanPutten Consulting, LLC, where I provide financial management, strategic planning, and leadership development services to nonprofits and small businesses.I am also a visiting lecturer at Calvin University, where I teach courses on accounting, business, and leadership. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University, with a focus on the role of leader psychological capital on work engagement.
