I am a research scientist with a strong background in predictive analytics applied to talent management issues, with a specialty in model development, survey design, and survey analysis. I have a passion for helping my company make data-informed decisions which may be myth busters but yield high ROI in the form of increased employee engagement and reduced voluntary turnover. Communication and change management skills are an important part of my work to gain stakeholder acceptance of workforce analytics results, but I am also comfortable with hands-on work in R, SPSS, Tableau, and Excel. Project management skills are very important to me, and are a major theme in whatever project I take on. I have a passion for mentoring direct reports and developing relationships with co-workers based on respect, openness, and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
