My personal ideology is to always stay curious, be authentic, kind, and be a good listener. Too many people listen to respond and not to understand. In this business, communication is key to building lasting relationships that are built on trust & knowledge, and you can’t do either of those if you’re not listening. People have a lot to say, and you can learn quite a bit the more you sit back and take in the sights and sounds. Try it! I’ve been working in SaaS for years now and I genuinely like technology and the solutions it provides people in so many ways. You can bet that in today’s digital age, disruption is all over the place, changing how we work and what we focus on. That’s why it’s my job to help people understand why we combine technology and people together to ensure we are helping solve day to day problems. This disruption is important, it’s breeds change and growth, which we all need a little bit of both in our lives.
