WHAT I DO: I help auto dealers lower spend, trend, and improve experience within their health insurance program.I do this by showing executives exactly where they are overspending and how, by empowering their team with pricing, quality, and incentives they can improve the quality of what they offer and what they spend today and tomorrow.WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: I was a broker, who later worked in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Space long enough to learn the tricks that create misaligned incentives who now effects change through the solution side of the business. This myriad of experiences allows me to bring a level of insight into plan dynamics that give plan sponsors control over spend while offering dealers a unique employee benefits offering – one their talent can get excited about. WHO I WORK WITH: Dealers who want to enhance the results of their benefit offering while increasing participation and regaining control of spend and trend by presenting their employees with the best turn-key benefit program.
