Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licenses for collaboration software, balancing cost avoidance with service quality.* Developed and evangelized collaboration strategy for LiveRamp* Facilitated enterprise rollouts of internal AI-powered solutions including Glean for enterprise search/chat and a digital assistant powered by Moveworks. Developed training and communications assets, and conducted over two dozen training sessions for the LiveRamp community.* Created and maintained internal resources for employees on core tech, including a technology “tips and tricks” Slack channel and a companion site that was routinely in the top 5 sites on the company intranet.* Developed and delivered employee-facing trainings for core platforms such as Google Workspace and Slack.* Improved software license management and contract renewal processes, and increased stakeholder and C-level visibility into usage and spend.
