Manage all employee relations including recruiting, performance appraisal, conflict resolution, succession planning, payroll and termination. Strong focus on recruiting and was the sole person involved in every step of the hiring process for all employees hired since joining the organization. I am in charge of posting, mining, resourcing, and screening of all initial candidates.
