Working on the global Pluralsight web platform with a user base of over 2 million learners. Specifically working on the Skill IQ product, which is the platform’s benchmarking skill assessment tool and market differentiator. My mission is to help Skill IQ generate more user engagement and increase its value proposition. Conducting research to identify pain points in the current Skill IQ experience, creating and testing new designs to alleviate them, in turn creating a more engaging UX experience. New features led to 49% of funnel traffic to Skill IQ experience and assessment completions. Helping the team establish new research processes and documentation practices.
