I help music industry professionals develop resilience and self leadership taking a whole of life approach to equip them for success. This is delivered through three priorities focusing on lifestyle, performance and creativity. I use a series of evidence based, original approaches to enrich and support the career of any music industry professional.I also work with educators to build a strong workforce for the future. This involves talks and workshops that help students develop a toolkit of skills to draw on when they need them. I work at festivals talking to visiting artists and crew about the typical challenges they deal with on site and coaching quick ideas and techniques that can instantly help.Lastly I work with recording studios to develop supportive environments that promote creativity with the workspace. This differentiates them from competitors as artists identify these places as being where they do their best work.
