In my role as the Manager of Employee Experience I am responsible for leading employee engagement and foster positive employee relations practices. I develop and execute strategies that enhance our overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle journey including by not limited to recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding. I also manage new and existing employee experience initiatives and drive the success of these programs through performance measurement. I partner with the member and provider experience workgroups and teams to evaluate the correlation between employee, member and provider experiences through data analysis.
