Leverage functional knowledge, advising, and client service skills to support managers in resolving employee relations challenges while mitigating risks to the company. Ensure adherence with ADA, EEOC, FMLA, Title VII, and local law compliance. Hired, trained, and mentored 3 direct reports. Accomplishments:* Implemented a streamlined ADA process to bolster guidelines and legal documentation. This resulted in an efficient, consistent process that diminishes risk for ADA requests.* Developed and delivered training for managers in person and in the LMS.
