April Little is the IFRS Tax Practice Leader and a Partner in Grant Thornton’s Tax Risk & Advisory Services group. April specializes in accounting for income taxes under US GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards and other foreign reporting standards. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, April spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP serving both public and non-public clients, including those in regulated industries and non-traditional markets. She has significant experience in tax accounting and tax internal controls, including accounting for income taxes under various foreign reporting standards; Sarbanes Oxley 404 consulting for the income tax process; and income taxes on share-based payments. April leads the Grant Thornton national Tax Accounting & Audit Quality team, providing thought leadership and training programs, IFRS guidance, and other strategic initiatives.
