Human Resources: Advocate for all employees. Provide human resouces leadership and expertise to the site to ensure support to the overall plant. Administer local hourly wage and benefit programs for employees. Complete reporting mechanisms: AAP, Corporate policy requirement and FMLA. Lead and manage vendor relationship with the temp staffing agency. Work with corporate HR in support of succession and development planning process. Handle any and all employee related performance issues.(Team Building, Promote Core Values, Coach and develop others and create change) Safety Manager: Partner with local leadership to ensure a safety first mentality of all employees. Interact with employees to lead safety initiatives on the production floor. Facilitate employee training and compliance with all company safety rules and procedures. Identify safety projects in the manufacturing environment. Implement site safety function requirements. Conduct site safety meetings or incident report to the relevant authority. Maintain safety training, OSHA, Incident investigations, corrective actions and other safety related items.
