Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level hires within the water/wastewater industry- Manage the recruitment for various departments (accounting, marketing, construction management, senior level management, engineering, business development, IT, etc.)- Coordinate with hiring managers to develop/update talent profiles- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast- Create and present KPI reports- Lead and manage recruitment projects- Develop appropriate marketing strategies with defined roles and responsibilities to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle- Updating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements- Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events- Publish new job listings to ATS; source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)- Manage social platforms e.g. Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); track and update candidate status in ATS; manage email follow up process- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure the selection of highly qualified individuals- Schedule in-person interviews with hiring team; provide job specific interview questions that align with job description, talent profile, and Filanc core values- Coordinate background screening and reference checks of candidates- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
