As a Regional Sales Manager, I have over 10 years of sales experience and over 5 years of regional sales management experience. I graduated with a degree in marketing and have extensive sales and management experience. My main responsibilities are to be responsible for setting regional sales plans and targets and overseeing the sales team to achieve performance targets. I am adept at analysing market demand and competition, developing sales strategies and promotion plans, and developing new customers and improving customer satisfaction by building and maintaining customer relationships. In managing the sales team, I focus on team building and staff training to motivate team members to achieve their potential and improve performance. I also focus on coordinating internal resources and external partners to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly. In addition, I have excellent communication and co-ordination skills and am able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at different levels. I am passionate about sales, have a high level of enthusiasm and responsibility, and am able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. I also like to make friends with good people in various fields to develop my network and enrich my experience, so we can communicate with each other if there are similar people!
