2022 provided a fresh opportunity for me to transition toward my law practice administration beginning and its background in real estate transactions of preparing and providing direct support to attorneys and paralegals with closings and numerous real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, across a broad spectrum of clients, businesses, financing methods, and multi-county properties. My previous experience in legal, accounting, administrative, and executive management roles now allows me to use a strong combination of skills and knowledge from each of these areas and employ them throughout my daily involvement in real estate and asset acquisitions; land development projects from contract review, budgeting, cost tracking, working with various professionals, municipalities and regulatory departments to plan, monitor, and assist; and while acting in an administrative capacity with a modular, light-gauge steel manufacturing and construction company on multiple concurrent projects of single-family homes, multi-family housing, affordable housing projects; as well as planning, researching, preparing, and reviewing submissions for traditional financing packages, and aiding in drafting large-scale HUD financing proposals.
