ABOUT APRIL PACK

My name is April Pack and I help organizations meet and exceed their targeted goals and objectives through providing sales leaders and reps with learning materials, curriculum, and other resources to drive growth and success. My background includes communicating enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders, building trusted relationships, acting as liaison between sales, marketing and product teams, and providing effective onboarding and training programs. I have skills in facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, selling, and building strategic partnerships. I am certified in measurement and evaluation. I am able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to establish collaborative working relationships. I have a proven track record of forging enduring relationships with key stakeholders while leveraging excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. I design curriculum aligned to strategy that meets desired outcomes and achievement of business objectives. A few highlights of my career include the following: Won Brandon Hall Gold and Silver awards in 2020 for design, development, and delivery of Senior Sales Leadership program and a sales onboarding program.
