Currently on medical leave waiting for a double lung transplant In order to achieve the demanding results of today\'s business world we need leaders that are genuinely accountable people. I have a pragmatic attitude and prefer to speak with data over emotion and work in an efficient, transparent manner when solving problems. Whether a simple or complex issue, I have the in depth analytical skills to plan, execute and proactively take on responsibility to manage expectations/communications with stakeholders through to project completion and beyond. I specialize in change management, business improvement and performance management projects of medium/ high complexity. The majority of my project management experience has involved evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of my organizations and aligning business practices with company objectives. It\'s difficult for me to summarize my project management/planning experience as it\'s extensive, I am however happy to elaborate with a conversation. The majority of the stats provided on my profile are a direct result of strategic go to market projects that I had led and/or supported to bring internal or external gains depending on the role at the time. I have developed and executed cross functional performance management projects, which established the links required between strategic business objectives and staffs day to day actions/tasks in sales, marketing and operations. This work allowed for transparency within the business units and focused on not one area but individual, team, and organization performance. I have a successful track record of mentoring top performing data driven sales reps, efficient support staff and objective focused leaders. I foster an expectation of excellence in a supportive, approachable environment and I lead by example.
