Thanks for noticing me!Hello, I\'m currently the Senior Manager for Flight Test Engineering Analysis at The Boeing Company. My team’s mission is to safely and efficiently provide flight and ground test data to design engineering in support of type certification, product development, and in-service investigations. I\'ve held several roles at Boeing over the last ten years including positions in business operations, project management, flight test engineering, and management for instrumentation across all laboratory capabilities. Prior to Boeing, I worked for six years at the Department of Defense serving as a civilian supporting pyrotechnic simulation and gunner protection kit design.My super power is identifying my teammates key skills and aligning them to organization goals to increase efficiency and safety. While I get to work on some really amazing products, my passion magnifies when I’m coaching people. I am extremely comfortable with the uncomfortable, and thrive when I help others navigate the unknown, especially when it comes to first time managers.As a devoted mama of three beautiful children, one of whom is in heaven, I host a podcast called “Uncomfortable Friend” which discusses my experiences of grief and loss as a way to encourage others to say their names. Through vulnerability and hard work, I hope to encourage others to use their struggles and triumphs to navigate their journeys in a more authentic way.
