Recruited to a high-level technical and management position as part of the senior leadership team over EPC operations, maintenance, and reliability projects from cradle to grave. Establish trust and transparent communication across all levels of executive management, office, and field personnel by maintaining an open-door policy. IMPACTS & ACHIEVEMENTS Coordinate all startup and closeout processes for simultaneous plant projects, including contract administration, scheduling, cost reporting, forecasting, government relations, safety / HSE, and field engineering. Build and deploy scopes of work, basis of designs, and project engineering execution plans. Validate project strategies pertaining to module fabrication, procurement, contracting, and construction. Synchronize EPC activities with the Program Manager during all Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) phases. Align comprehensive engineering designs with EPC and construction contractors’ scheduled project plans. Oversee multicenter scope splits between Insider / Outside Battery Limits (ISBL / OSBL) throughout detailed engineering design phases while setting staffing requirements and leading subordinate program engineers.
