About April Justice

I have been in the pharmaceutical business for 25+ years. ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ICH Q7, and CDMCAS-CMDR & ISO 13485 Medical Device Internal Auditor. In the last ten years my main focus was qualifying API suppliers, excipient suppliers, analytical service providers, microbiologic manufacturers, labeling / printed cartons, oral technology contract manufacturing facilities and distribution / repackaging suppliers. I worked with a team of corporate auditors that audit all the company’s Suppliers to ensure they follow Quality Systems. I am a team-player in a people-oriented organization. I maximize my customer-service experience from previously being a restaurant manager (4 years) to help in a challenging environment to achieve the corporate goals. I am a goal oriented, I work with and lead all departments to ensure compliance and inspection readiness, ensuring compliance to cGMP quality systems. My main goal is to produce safe, pure and effective products. Other goals would be to ensure customer partnership,(internal and external), and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures,(being inspection ready). I enjoy working with people and making a difference. I don\'t just aspire to make a living, I aspire to make a difference.

   Maintaining compliant Quality Management Systems and quality documentation for the company. Including change control, deviations, CAPA’s, customer complaints, SCAR’s and non-conforming materials.• Working in tandem with department managers to ensure compliance across the company for all QMS, including training. • Manage the internal audit and supplier audit program.• Co-hosting audits performed by regulatory bodies, notified bodies, or customers.
