Writes, revises, edits and distributes company policies and procedures and related documents Accurately maintains all employee records, both electronic and hard copy, in a legally compliant and confidential manner. Manages the recruiting process to obtain qualified employees on a timely basis and ensuring legal compliance. Oversees health, welfare, and retirement plans including enrollments and terminations. Manages Worker\'s Compensation, Disability and Time Off/Leave programs. Works with managers to write and maintain job descriptions for all positions. Researches and provides information regarding competitive compensation ranges. Conducts employee meetings regarding benefits, policies, and other HR information. Distributes and monitors performance management documents. Makes recommendations for process revisions, as needed. Creates, maintains and distributes HRIS reports. Coordinates and tracks professional development requirements. Makes recommendations for policies, programs, practices and procedures that support the desired working culture. Manages the rewards and recognition programs and planning for employee events
