My passion is people and that ignites the change desired to move forward, towards success by offering practices and strategies support teams and individuals. I work with people from C suite to grassroots community organizatiosn to optimize their strengths. Education is the key to growth and development. My career has been a culmination of educating others and helping foster an environment where they can become their best selves and better serve their companies, communities and their communities. My professional focuses include strategic planning, leadership development, conflict resolution, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and wellness. I listen and understand my clients need and I help them navigate challenges so they find success with set goals. My approach is to tap into the essence and desired outcomes of individuals and companies to help them achieve goals specific to their needs. It is through my empathetic and results driven approach that helps to foster safe, confidential and healthy environments for clients that work with me.
