Duties include:• Appropriately handling confidential department staff information, including performance appraisals, goals, discipline, H/R-related documentation; coordinate department staff training; coordination for new-hires, staffing changes, and terminations.• Aggregate data for departmental reporting and meetings; assist in reporting to outside agencies.
