Community Resource Director (2016 – present)Advances the mission, philosophy and values of the Camden County Partnership for Children on behalf of the staff, children and families. Plans, develops and implements a resource system to ensure a timely, accurate and comprehensive resource database for use by Care Managers and key stakeholders throughout the community. Develops and monitors affiliation agreements with needed services, resources and organizations throughout the community. I am the Community Resource Director for the Camden County Care Management Organization (CMO) Working hard to educate others on the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC) and how to access services for youth struggling with behavioral, mental health, substance use challenges, and/or Developmental Disabilities. Through networking and collaboration, I help the Care Managers of the Camden CMO link more youth and their families to valuable resources to strengthen ties to the community. In addition, I am a Board Member for the Community Networking Association (CNA) of NJ since 2018, Director of southern NJ expansion, and one of 3 chairs for the CNA of Camden chapter.
