A truly diverse role working across the full employee life cycle and supporting all levels of management with operational decision making in an SME.• Providing coaching and mentorship to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), stakeholder management and produce monthly HR Board report.• Creating and delivering on the HR Strategy with a focus on talent management, recruitment and retention and succession planning.• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR / People related queries.• Responsible for the Learning and Development of the organisation including the budget.• Full rollout and automation of the HRIS (PeopleHR) and an on-line LMS platform (Eloomi)• Continual review of staff engagement and benefits.• Champion and change agent• Full overhaul of all HR processes and policies.• Collaboration with offshore resource partners• Give counsel and oversee complex employee relations issues.• Provide training and coaching to managers on all aspects of HR.
