I set the tone for my team and ensure that we are executing high-quality proposals in a clear and efficient manner. Strategy, differentiation, & connecting with clients: In collaboration with our project and client managers, I dig into the details to gain a clear picture of our offering and differentiation, so we can craft a proposal and interview strategy that capitalizes on our strengths and brings our client’s vision to life. Creativity & vision: Status quo is not part of my team\'s vocabulary, and we continually work to make our proposals innovative, impactful, and relevant to the markets we serve. I lead the creation of graphically driven, high-impact proposals both as a manager of these efforts and as a strategic advisor on the proposals being coordinated by other teams.Technical writing & editing: I interpret and synthesize technical content to craft a narrative that resonates with the full range of reviewers, highlighting technical expertise as well as the broader impacts of our work.
