Order necessary equipment and conduct new hire orientation• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors• Ensure 401k and TCRS reporting. Reconcile biweekly and monthly to ensure accurate reporting. • Maintain effective communication amongst all levels of employees and management. • Providing HR metrics for data analysis, audit, retention and other HR information.• Training and Development of new People staff
