   Labeler Operator- Responsible for performing check to assure quality product and entering the data into light hammer, Mars and IQS. Assisted maintenance on Down Day Events with PMI\'s while cleaning and inspecting labelers for defects and fixing outstanding work orders. Responsible for leading teams through step 1,2,3,and 4 Audit process for continue improvement. Participated in Line 1,4 and 6 line start ups. Help develop training materials for new hire and job transfer on our line 6. Assisted as a team leader with developing SOP materials for different lines.Trained with Krones Rep to understand the functions and key components of the labeling equipment. Provided team members with notes, follow up items and action plans from CAPDO meetings. Assisted with factory acceptance testing in Germany for line 6 Labelers.
