With over 15 years of experience in IT industry, I have helped the organizations to achieve their targeted goal. Started my journey as a Web developer and gradually upgraded to becoming a Project coordinator and then as a Scurm Facilitator. communicating with the client in understanding their requirements and helping the team achieve their goals. Currently working as a Scrum Facilitator with delaPlex PVT Ltd, Nagpur that provides Outsources software development services to its client base from USA on long term contracts. My role & responsibility is to manage the development of the software application and to ensure that the quality work is delivered to the end clients.
