Most of my career has been built on a simple instinct: infrastructure should do more than stay online. It should generate value.During routine monitoring, I spotted a payment application silently losing client revenue every single maintenance window — unnoticed for years. I fixed it. The solution now runs across multiple applications. Zero cost. That moment captured something I\'ve spent 13 years trying to do: make infrastructure matter beyond the infrastructure team.That instinct is what took me into Agentic AI. I\'m currently running live Agentic AI implementations for enterprise banking clients and delivering GenAI proof-of-concept work across financial institutions, independently.Alongside that: multi-million P&L ownership, teams of 40+ professionals, automation programmes that cut operational workload by half, and accounts brought back from Red to Green more times than I can count.I also teach as an Adjunct Professor. It keeps me honest — if I can\'t explain something clearly to a student, I probably don\'t understand it well enough to build it.
