I spent nearly four years at Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), mastering the full spectrum of underground and surface zinc/lead operations, where I focused on optimizing blasting design and extraction processes while ensuring responsible practice. A research-focused stint at CSIR-CIMFR broadened my expertise, particularly in Slope Monitoring & Stability Analysis. I also served at Coal India Limited (CIL) for 1.5 yrs, while committed to fueling national growth through safe, efficient, and environmentally conscious open-cast and underground coal extraction. My core expertise lies in translating geological data into precise Mine Plans, upholding a rigorous \"Safety First\" mindset, championing Environmental Stewardship (reclamation, water management), and embracing Technology Integration (drones, AI for ore grading).
