I am a MBA professional and have a keen interest in operations management. I have performed my role in companies coming from various sectors such as Import-Export, Logistics and Business consulting. Each industry has there own set of challenges and opportunites owing to this dynamic environment and that\'s the fact which thrills me from inside and motivates me to keep getting better at my work. Operations management can be considered as a backbone to any Company\'s stability and profitability in the long run. The key to succesful operations management is to have a strong grip on the business changes going on, understanding the business environment using latest resources and tools, following a data driven approach and trend analysis for decision making. All of this, and a robust team with a positive mindset and consistency to put the business plans into action from top to bottom of the organisation.
