Looking to understand the healthcare ecosystem, and how segments such as medical device, pharmaceuticals, healthcare IT, payers, providers, and public policy, come together to drive patient access to care. I currently serve in multiple capacities at Epic - including project director, risk success lead, and account executive. I oversee Epic and customer teams ranging from 3-25 people and assess implementation risk in interoperability and access for 60+ projects at a given time. I am the strategic account manager for 15 groups, developing their independent hospital and outpatient practice programs. Strong communicator that balances leadership and personnel and program development. Fast learner, adapting to environments, software, and processes. Driven by a love for learning and a challenge; work well in dynamic and collaborative environments, where I can blend technical understanding with influencing soft skills to deliver on projects. I hold a Bachelors and Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University. I chose to study biomedical engineering because of the opportunity that the field provides to better patient care and access, and I intend to keep a patient-centric focus in my work.
