ABOUT APOORVA PARMAR
I am a passionate and dedicated Electromechanical Engineer with an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering and an MEng in Electrical Engineering, driven by a strong commitment to advancing sustainable and efficient energy technologies. My professional experience spans battery energy storage systems (BESS), enzymatic biofuel cells (EBFCs), and prototype design and validation for next-generation renewable energy solutions.Currently, I work as an Electromechanical Engineer at Pipeline Organics Ltd (Nottingham), where I design and optimize biofuel cell prototypes, perform CFD simulations, manage additive manufacturing workflows, and lead system integration and testing for sustainable product development. Previously, at Faradion Ltd (Oxford), I contributed to battery pack design, performance analysis, and data modelling for sodium-ion energy storage systems used in residential and grid-scale applications.Holding an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering from Kingston University (London) and an ME in Electrical Engineering from GCET, Gujarat Technological University (India), I have developed a strong academic foundation in solar and wind power systems, power electronics, control systems, and high voltage engineering — bridging mechanical innovation with electrical precision to create efficient energy solutions.Beyond engineering, I’m deeply fascinated by astrophysics, space science, and the role of advanced materials in reshaping the energy industry. I believe renewable energy lies at the core of addressing climate change — and I’m inspired to be part of the transformation that turns our planet from blue to green. Innovation today can power the green world of tomorrow.
