Ei Shiksha caters to assessing the government schools in India under various projects. My contributions in the team are:• Design and curate assessment questions across subjects, develop teacher evaluation content, and ensure quality in vernacular translation for assessment projects.• Analyse student assessment data to identify learning trends, misconceptions, and suggest remedial actions.• Visit schools and conduct student interviews to inform content development and improve assessment design.• Participated in internal content development and pedagogy workshops; completed a 2-month training program as part of a campus cohort.• Managing the team for an internal project to develop a pool of high-quality questions across subjects and grades, for efficient assembly of papers. Handling 7 subjects across 7 grades for the same. • Contribute to Mindspark Vernacular, enhancing personalised adaptive learning content by data review and optimising content for both Math and Language. • Led content development initiatives for MSV Bhasha by designing of an audio-visual menstrual health module for grades 5-9. • Started team initiatives like the “Juice Centre” peer recognition system to foster engagement and motivation.
